A fully automated production system can incorporate Sawing, Drilling, Tapping, Milling, Contour Marking and even Shot Blasting and Painting in one system requiring minimal labour and maximum productivity.

Trim cuts and back ends are taken care of, keeping operator intervention to an absolute minimum, short pieces are stored on a stillage for easy handling when complete. This massively reduces the time per piece and allows the machinery to run without interruption through lunch and coffee breaks.

You just need to feed it with steel and remove the finished product.

Automation, and the reduced manpower required, will also aid with maintaining distancing requirements both now, and in the future.
