Profile Drilling Machines

Profile Drilling Machines are available in different versions, depending on the needs and applications: KDE, KDM, KDL and the new High performance KDP. The KDE series reveals its economic benefits primarily in plant and in light to medium steel construction. The KDM series is particularly suitable for more stringent demands, the use of automatic tool changers and carbide drilling tools, the KDL series is particularly suitable for large-sized and heavy profiles.

Punching & Shearing Systems

The KALTENBACH Punching and Shearing System is based on our years of experience. It was completely redesigned in 2013 and developed for requirements such as low maintenance, speed and robustness. This means that the machine is especially suited for masts and steel construction as well as for steel trading.

Shotblast Systems

Shot Blasting series at a glance: Rust, mill scale, impurities. Before steel is fit to be processed it has to be cleaned (read: shot blasted). This is carried out by hurling shot, like small metal balls or cut wire, against the product at a velocity of approximately 80 Mtr/s. Besides cleaning plates or profiles more and more companies are also shot blasting welded constructions. In this way, they optimize the result even after fabrication.
