The comprehensive HE&MSaw product range of horizontal and vertical bandsaws, together with their company ethos and customer focused approach are a perfect compliment for KALTENBACH, with over 130 years of expertise ourselves, in producing high quality, metal processing machinery and an equally superb industry reputation.
HE&MSaw HSC Series, Horizontal Bandsaws are designed for applications cutting larger solid materials and heavy sections. All machines use a low friction column design, with descent and ascent control at both sides, preventing uneven movement. HSC machines are suitable for cutting high performance aerospace alloys, forgings and castings, with further model options for sawing heavy sections
The HSS Series, Horizontal Bandsaws
are suitable for a wide variety of sawing applications in solid materials, tubes, profiles and sections. Models are available for simple, semi-automatic operation through to CNC controlled, with bar-feeding capabilities and single directional mitring functionality.
HE&MSaw Vertical Bandsaws offer several unique advantages over conventional cutting with horizontal machines. Vertical mitre sawing permits the cutting of opposite angles on several pieces at once in a layer, ideal for volume production of repeat parts.
Saw bows can be arranged with a fixed, zero degree blade angle or a preset tilt, allowing the blade to progressively enter the material.
